11th - 13th August at Deeside Rugby Club Pitches We will have BEER from across Scotland and England that we have searched high and low for to find you these delicious hoppy, malty, bitter, sweet and quite delicious beer!

GIN, of course, we will have GIN!!! This year we will support an array of new gins along with some of the old favourites from Warner Edwards Distillery and Persie Gin along side Aberdeen's newest gin Jindea Single Estate Tea Gin!

CIDER from our trusty friends at Thistly Cross Cider and some new ciders never been seen in the area before!

Dark Matter Distillers will be providing the goods with their out of this world spiced Rum brewed and distilled no more than half a mile from the festival site!

And finally, we'll have Prosecco! Becuase who doesn't love it?!?!?

This year our food offering comes in the form of the Farmers Grill, this unique 20ft shipping container turned into BBQ burger shack will be through out the freshest burgers made with beer from their very own farm! The burgers are AMAZING!!!!

Annnnnnddd if that isn't enough meaty mcmeatface The Pitmasters mobile smoker will fill your boots! Serving up a range of slowly cooked BBQ delights it has to be seen to be believed! It's unreal! Then to wash those two down, how about a freshly cooked wood fired stone baked pizza...???? Ohh yes! Nothing like fresh pizza to soak up all that beery goodness!

FAMILY FRIENDLY SUNDAY. Night mare when you can't get a baby sitter. well, We've thought of this, bring the kids! There will be a large range of FREE kids activities for them to have a blast on!! Bouncy castles!! Ball pits!! Face painting (extra) and lots more!

We'll be working closely again this year with Stagecoach buses to offer an increased level of services servicing the Aberdeen Banchory routes and the Braemar Banchory routes, to make sure you can leave the car at home and travel to the festival safely via public transport.

FAQs

 Are there ID requirements or a minimum age requirement to enter the event?

Strictly over 18s only on Friday & Saturday.  Sunday is a family friendly day but all under 18s need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. ID will be required for entry to the beer festival. Driving licences and passports are the only accepted form of ID

What is there for my children to do on Sunday?

 We've a range of different children's activities available including, face painting, balloon artists, magician and bouncy castles.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There are limited parking spaces at the in the field located next to the rugby pitches. Directional signs will be in place.  All cars are parked at owner’s risk and Banchory Beer Festival will not be held liable for any damage occurred from parking. We recommend either arriving by taxi or bus. The local bus for the rugby pitches is the 201 service. View the bus timetable here

Will there be food available during the festival?

 Yes, we'll have a range of food vendors serving food throughout the event. More details to be announced soon.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please just bring yourselves. No drinks or food from outside the venue can be brought onsite.  There is a great range of food & drink on sale at the festival.   Banchory Beer Festival operates a strict no drugs policy.  Staff may ask to search your bags if they believe you're trying to bring in prohibited items to the festival.

Is there camping at the festival?

No, we don't have the ground to allow camping due to the festival being held on the rugby pitches.  

Can I bring my pets to the festival?

No, animals are not allowed at the festival as we don't feel it's a suitable environment and the festival takes place on a sports ground.

 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please either bring your printed ticket or have the ticket displayed on a smartphone or tablet which will enable us to scan the code and check you in.

 What is the refund policy?

All tickets & tokens are non-refundable.
